Le jeudi 20 mai à l’heure d’entrainement, le RIWA a organisé un petit meeting interne pour que nos athlètes puisque, enfin, se dégourdir les jambes et présenter leurs efforts après cette longue période de préparation ! À cette occasion, 44 athlètes étaient présents au RDV …

Quelques belles performances à retenir :

Concours de Longueur :
– Charles-Eric DE DECKER (Sen) remporte le concours avec un saut à 6m14.
– Lionel CRICUS (Cad) termine 2e avec un très beau saut à 5m38, ce qui lui permet d’atteindre le minima élite B. À ce jour, Lionel détient la meilleure performance belge chez les Cadets !!!

Concours de la Hauteur :
– Niels MALLINGER (Sen) prend la tête du concours avec une barre à 1m85.
– Romain STIELTJES (Cad) prend la 2e place avec une très belle barre à 1m70. Le cap des 1m70 lui permet d’obtenir le minima élite A et la première performance belge chez les Cadets !!!

400m :
– Emma BROZE (Sen) réalise la meilleure performance, en confirmant son chrono de championnat LBFA la semaine d’avant, en 58’’41. Emma a déjà confirmé son statut élite B avec un tour de piste en 58’’15.
– Chez les Hommes, c’est Lionel HALLEUX (Sen) qui réalise la meilleure performance avec un impressionnant chrono de 47’’97 ! Il réalise par la même occasion le minima élite A, bat le record club TC et réalise la 3e performance belge sur la discipline derrière Kevin & Dylan Borlée !!!
– Record Club pour Zaina SEMLALI (Mas50) avec 1’11’’46.
– Record Club pour Christian ANDRÉ (Mas55) en 1’03’’61.

3.000m :
– Oskar WILLEMS (Sen) gagne le 3.000m en un chrono de 9’05’’36.
– Denis GALERIN (Mas35) prend la 2e place et bat le record club en 9’07’’14.

Soulignons la belle performance d’Audrey DE MOOR (Mas35) qui a été autorisé à courir avec les hommes sur 3.000m. Malheureusement, son chrono 10’50’’81 n’a pas pu être homologué puisque les courses mixtes ne sont plus autorisées.

Bravo à tous nos athlètes et particulièrement à Chloé SCHEIRLINCKX, Pauline VAN EECKHOUT, Clarence VAN VYVE, Simon SCHURGERS & Noah MARISSIAUX pour leur toute première compétition !
